Shipping Policy

Timing and tracking

• Please allow up to 1 month for made-to-order production and delivery after availability and specifications are confirmed.
• Some pieces may arrive sooner; the expected window for the selected configuration is confirmed before purchase.
• Tracking is provided when the order ships.

If timing changes

If we cannot meet the confirmed shipping timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timing and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
